What is the best stretching for jiu jitsu?

Dynamic stretching is the best stretching for jiu jitsu. Jiu jitsu involves rapid movements in different directions with a fast response time for these movmements. Static stretching , basic 20-30 sec stretch , inhibits musculare strength up to 30% which can take a great toll on the fighter.

Dynamic stretching is stretching muscles while moving on the other hand gives you more power and gives you good flexibility. This kind of stretching makes you wanting to perform.

Here is what I do to prepare: knee stretches, butterfly stretches, lotus, triangle stretch, single hip stretch, cat stretch, toe touch for hamstrings, pigeon poses, shoulder/elbow stretch where you clasp your hands behind you with one arm coming behind your head and the other coming up your back, and lay down and put my knees next to my ears.
