If the lip piercing is bleeding, clean it immediately. The last thing you want is an infection. Be careful to not disrupt the lip ring too much because this could result in more bleeding. Do not remove the piercing, you do not want the hole to close. If bleeding continues, contact the shop where you got you piercing done.

you should take your piercing out and clean it with alcohol, leave it in a small glass. Take some cotton with alcohol and disinfect your lip with it. Try doing this on a daily basis and you will have less problems related to piercing infections. Also, don't share piercing with anyone.

Use bactine to clean the piercing and remove the blood. Soak the lip jewelry in bactine and then insert it. Clean and rotate the piercing slowly and very often.

To care properly for a lip piercing that is bleeding you should rinse with warm water, and not touch it much. If excessive bleeding then you really should visit a doctor it can be much more serious.

If it is a recent piercing then you need to keep it clean and try not to move the piercing around whilst it heals.
