What is "financial misconduct" on a criminal record?

Usually it's some sort of low level financial crime. For a lot of jurisdictions, it's usually some type of embezzlement or improper use of financial information.

It means that one stole money directly, charged personal charges on a company credit card, forged time cards to get extra money, padded time estimates and customer billing to get paid for work one did not do, charged extra on travel expenses and pocketed the difference, or otherwise arranged for inappropriate personal income from corporate financial transactions.
