Some records are posted online; not all records are. You can search the states that have made these files available. Google "search criminal records" and you'll get several sites that might work. You will probably have to search more than one site.

Most counties or cities have online records for free. All you need to do is go into a google search (or other search engine) and type in your city (or county) and then add the words "public access". This should bring up every record for free.

Criminal records are found at the Court House Records, both misdemeanors and felonies. They can be found at libraries by reviewing old newspapers and on Microfilms. Law libraries also have listing of some criminal records.

You can walk into any courthouse and look at the criminal records for free. Most of the files in a courthouse are public information and they must produce them to you upon request. There are some files, such as juvenile, which are sealed. However, most others you can view.

It varies from state to state, but in some states, Missouri for example, you can search court records online for free. Sex offender lists for any area are usually free.

I don't think you can get that for free. Because I think you would have to pay to get the records of that person.
