What is a workout that makes you bulk up?

Do. compound movements. Do Squats, deadlifts, shouder press, bench press, and power cleans. 5 reps for 3 sets. Drink a gallon of milk a day.

Look into powerlifting types of programs. There are many variations of 5 x 5 that work well. You could also look into Westside training methods though those are a bit more advanced. If you are new to lifting try Starting Strength.

There's two things you need to do to bulk up quickly. First, include extra protein in your diet. Second, when you perform free weight exercises focus on doing a high amount of weight so you can only do a few repetitions. This makes muscles increase in size and strength.

You should do some heavy weightlifting. If your trying to bulk up you should do heavy weight and low reps. Some basic weightlifting exercises are the bench press, incline press, leg press,and various exercises with dumbells. You should lift weights everyday, rotating muscle groups everyday. A high protein diet is also very important.

Body builders make you bulk up. Get your max weight and do short quick reps. After a couple weeks or maybe a month you will see results.
