What are some good weightless workouts?

You can use your own body weight and still get great results without traditional weights. Try pilates or yoga. A flowing yoga class, power yoga, or hot yoga will have you in shape in no time!

Some great weightless workouts would consist of jogging, walking, doing pushups, situps, pullups, curlups, yoga, biking and any other form of exercise even around the house (mowing the lawn, gardening, etc.).
