A good run outside or on the treadmill. then do some situps and leg lifts. you also want to work with some weights to build muscle tone.

A good workout routine should mix up cardio and weight training. You need cardio to burn fat and weights to build muscle. Depending on how much time you have and how fast you need to get in shape, do cardio 3-6 times a week and weights 2-4 times a week.

The details of the routine don't really matter. Just do something you like, whether it's walking, running, lifting weights, or playing sports. The key is to select the number of times per week you want to work out, and to stick to it. Working out with a friend can help.

I would recommend doing each body part in the gym once a week, along with doing approximately one hour of cardio three times a week.

Routines vary based on your current physical condition as well as your fitness goals. As a general rule, I recommend doing cardio 3-4 days per week, and lifting weights 2-3 days per week. This routine along with a healthy diet will be more than sufficient enough to keep you fit.

Many have found success with working out doing a combination of different exercises during a routine. For instance doing an exercise to increase the heart rate then a resting period followed by an interval of low-impact aerobics and a rest period.

It is one that you enjoy doing and is convenient given your other responsibilities. It should also help you get more resistant and strong since it should challenge you to get to some targets in every session you get engaged.Keeping fit will also be determined by the food you eat and having a healthy mental attitude.

I find the best workout routines are ones that vary often and keep your body guessing. I personally prefer CrossFit workouts. Do a web search for "crossfit. "
