Hypertension number on an echo 20-40 on an echo.This is good for those that have hig hypertension.It would still be advisable to have it checked often.

On an echo, the pulmonary artery systolic pressure should be less than 30mmHg to avoid pulmonary hypertension. Along with echo, ECG, chest X-ray, catheterization would provide the correct diagnosis.
