Though God doesn't have a specific number that God is associated with like 666 for Satan, there are various numbers which are considered divine in Jewish and Christian circles. 1, 3, 7, 12, 14, 40 are all considered holy numbers in the Jewish and Christian traditions.

I've always been taught that God's number is 40. It is used many times in the Bible. There are a lot of things that happen for 40 days.

Most people consider the number 3 to be the mostly as it symbolizes the holy trinity of the father the Son and the holy ghost. Seven is also a reoccurring holy number in the bible, the seven days god created the earth in, the seven deadly sins, the seven churches and so on.

The divine number that represents God in Christianity would be the number 7. It's represented in many passages in the King James Version of the Bible. Seven is considered to be the number of perfection.

Three is the major one - the trinity. Twelve is a recurring number as well - witness the twelve disciples. Of course, that's all just superstition - if there's a God who's omnipotent, then the answer to your question is, "All of them".
