What is a good biceps workout?

Basically you want to work your biceps out but not to the point of exhaustion. I would recommend warming up with very light weight. Maybe do some barbell curls, then go into 3 different bicep exercises like dumbbell curls, concentration curls, and hammer curls. Do heavy weight with low reps if you want to gain muscle.

Bicep curls. Holding a weight and keeping your elbows in line with your sides, curl the weight up and slowly drop it back to the starting position. Do 3 sets of 15 or 2 sets of 20.

A good bicep workout would consist of arm curls with dumbells, preacher curl with a curl bar and bicep extensions.

Go to a gym and bench press for repetition or take a bar and do curls. The more the better or you can do push-ups or dumb bells or bar bells.
