What is a good 8 minute workout?

You need to get the heart rate up fast, so start off with like jumping jacks, really move the arms and legs, then do "skaters" and "Burpies" then repeat.

I think and have found results. The best workout is jogging anywhere between 5-8 minutes. It depends on the age and how much relaxed you are. One thing more in early 2 to 3 days your legs will be locked. After some massage and practice of 7 days it will be Ok.

It depends on what your goal is. An 8 minute walk is always good. Or mild toning of 1 or 2 body parts can be done in 8 minutes.

In such a short period of time, you have few options. Try doing a triple superset of alternating squats, elevated push-ups, and biceps curls, three sets each, with no rest.
