What exercises does Jen Aniston do for her butt?

Jen Aniston primarily uses yoga and short cardio sessions to stay in shape. Jen practices yoga three to four times a week, and this make up the bulk of her workouts. In terms of cardio, she tries to add in a twenty to thirty minute run on the treadmill before her yoga workout.

Her butt workout is standard. You may not have the same butt because a main factor in determining your body's shape is genetics.

Jennifer Aniston's workout seems to mainly consist of Yoga to have such a wonderful, firm looking butt. On top of her Yoga treatments, she is also on a diet that most of us would consider to either be too difficult to do, or are just too lazy to do. In other words, her treatment is Yoga and a strict diet.

A lot of it is pure luck and genetics but she also does yoga on a regular basis and some cardio work. Variety is the key, along with good diet.
