Vomiting during exercise means that something is wrong. You may: be dehydrated, overexerting yourself, have eaten too much prior to exercise, or have an illness. You should not continue the same exercise that is causing you to vomit. You should also consult a doctor.

You are probably over-exerting yourself by exercising too close to a meal. Remember to hydrate, but keep any food intake small and at least 30 minutes before you exercise. Rest if you need to, especially if you are in a hot environment.

First off, make sure you aren't exercising too soon after eating. Wait one or even two hours before exercising. If you're already doing this, vomiting is a sign that you're putting too much stress on your body. Make sure you're building up your workout gradually.

Normally exercises are done when your stomach is empty but there are certain yoga asanas which can be performed in full stomach also. The reason for your vomiting may be due to intake of some food before exercise. Avoid taking food before performing exercise and see how it works.
