Blood in the stool of a dog is common and not a cause for alarm. But blood in the feces combined with excessive shaking can be a sign of poisoning.

It is possible that the dog has either parvovirus or distemper. The shaking is possibly due to a fever and the bloody stools are usually caused by some sort of infection.
