If you have any religious clip art images, such as crosses, or white flowers or robes, those should work nicely for a baptism. If there are any fountains, or anything water that could be nice too.
ClipArt images come in many different subject matters and some that you may not expect can be applied to a Baptism. You can use anything that may have church objects, crosses or even flowers.
