A good source for Fourth of July clip art is always Google image search, especially when attempting to find pictures of fireworks, and / or patriotic images. If you can't find any that you are satisfied with, Microsoft Word also offers a small variety of clipart images.

For Fourth of July ClipArt you can usually find some patriotic images on any government website. Take these images and play around with editing in any PhotoEditing program. You can reduce the sharpness and color and make the images look cartoon like. Fireworks can be created in the Painting program.
