What can I do when my car door will not open from inside or out side?

Is this problem due to body damage from an accident or hard slamming of the door? If so prying such as with a crowbar or similar tool may solve the problem. If it occurred randomly, see a body/frame shop as this could be sign of serious problem. Also consult dealer in case there is known problem with the model.

Remove the door panel and make sure the handle arms aren't broke or seized. Also check to make sure the lock itself is lubricated and unlocks correctly.

Remove the driver's seat,then remove door trim. Remove also the cover underneath the trim to allow access to the door lock. Identify and move the lever on the locking mechanism and then operate the lever which unlocks the mechanism. Spray with WD-40 or the like.

Well, you could pry the door open as gently as possible. You could always go in and out the window. Good luck!

You will have to pop off the inside door panel, there is probably a rod or a clip that has come loose of either the handles or lock
