There are a lot of places online per brand to find the cover. Or go to your local Lowe's and buy a new one for cheap.

Keypad garage door openers may be wired, or wireless and are readily available from any major hardware chain store and numerous places on the internet.

your best bet is contact the manufacturer to see if they sale a covered housing for the model keypad you have. If not u could contact chamberlain which is the largest manufacturer of garage door openers in the United States and I know they sell keypad housings. I hope that helps you out.
