1. It's ok to feel overwhelmed. 2. Be careful with the umbilical cord. Fold the diaper under in the front. 3. Listen to your Mom and friends that tell you to sleep when the baby is sleeping. 4. Crying is the only way a baby can communicate that she needs something. 5. It's ok to ask for help

They should sleep on their back. Support the baby's head. Don't put loose objects in the crib. Never wake a sleeping baby. Change diapers frequently to avoid diaper rash.
