What are the rules of French grammar?

Are you kidding??? The rules of French grammar fill entire textbooks, like the rules in most other languages. I can tell you that most adjectives generally follow the nouns they modify and verb endings must agree with their subject nouns (masculine, feminine, singular, plural). This just scratches the surface, however.

In French, there are six different forms of every verb, for I, you, he/she, they, we, and formal you. Every noun is either masculine or feminine.
