French doors makes this a difficult job. First you will need to take the entire door off the hinge. Remove the trim molding holding the broken glass in place. Chisle out all broken piece until the woood is smooth and even on all sides. Replace with another glass pane the same size.

It won't look nice if repair the glass and re-fix. When you watch it every day you will fell awkward. Better to change the glass for which you may have to take out the door. Better to fix a 6mm toughned glass, so that it won't break a second time. It is dangerous keeping the broken glass.

There are two ways you can go, find an old house society and ask them for a replacement piece (usually a ton of old glass in stock) or go to a lumber yard and have them custom cut a new piece of glass for you.
