A good idea for recruiting quality chemists would be to contact local colleges and universities. Those who are not actively seeking work will know of others in the science community who might be looking for a new position. Advertising in trade magazines is also a wonderful way of recruiting professionals.

Well to recruit chemists, you need to convey the benefits of what it is like to be one and what is so rewarding about that career. Maybe also set up some perks for people to join.
