Do I need to tip the guys who pack and move my house?

I think tipping movers is the norm. Plus, it'll only help ensure that your stuff is moved with care. If you have nice stuff, I'd do it and I'd do it towards the start of the move to incentivize them to move stuff carefully.

You do not have to tip your movers. However, if they do an exceptional job and you feel they deserve it, then don't hesitate to offer tip, particularly if you plan on doing business with them again.

I think it depends on the quality of the job. If they are careful, handle your items gently and are courteous, I think a tip is warranted. A small tip of $10 per mover (more if there are only 2 or 3 movers) would be appreciated. If there are only 2 or 3, I would give them a little more.

I would tip them if I were you. Yes, they are paid by the company, but they tend to be more careful and respective of your wishes if they have an incentive. If you don't feel comfortable giving them money, you could give them food (or a gift certificate).

You don't need to but it would be nice and they just might help you with some extra things that way.I have just recently moved and gave the moving guys a tip and they moved some extra things around and fixed a few things for me.

I don't think so because you were already pay to them for their services. But if you really like someone efforts & their quality of work are appreciable so you should have to pay for their job.
