What are some helpful dancer stretches?

Use yoga poses like downward facing dog, mountian pose, toe touches and warrior pose. These will limber you up and get the heartrate going.

Dancers should make sure they stretch all muscles. You should stretch out your arms by putting on hand behind your back and pulling it with the other hand. You should also do lunges to stretch out your calved and quads.

Oddly enough one of the best is probably the most simple. Lean forward and touch your toes. It stretches out the back, hips, thighs and hamstrings. Another is to sit with legs out and flex your feet toward your chest then away from it.
