Why alter your weight loss by taking pills, when there is a easier way. There is a reason that you are overeating. You need to get this taken care of first. Then start eating right. Cut out junk, fats, sugar. Eat more fruits and vegetables and good protein.

If you're going to screw around with weight loss pills (essentially metabolic crack) you may as well just start smoking. Decreased appetite will come, you'll look cool and smell great. Less risky than dubious pills at least. Failing that, exercise more and eat less.

The only pill that have been proven to actually promote weight loss is Alli. You should keep in mind, however, that even with Alli, you will still need to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

The best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. There are no miracle pills. You could try Alli, though. It will train you to lower your fat intake. If you don't learn to take in less fat, you will experience some nasty side effects.

Anything with grapefruit as an active ingredient is a great weight loss product. Many weight loss products on the market contain harsh and sometimes dangerous chemicals that are not always safe to use.
