How can you lose weight in a week.

I know quick weight loss may not be the best thing, but I have a special event in a week, and I really want to look good.

The best,easiest & the safest way to loose weight is work out at the gym. Drinking a lot of water & do not eat any sort of fast food/high calorie food. Prefer only corn flakes that too two times a day with high protein milk. This would definitely work.

Don't eat fast food or fried items. Concentrate on exercises in consultation with a dietician. Follow his/her advice. Include plenty of vegetable salad in your food.
