Yes, but it depends on whether you are having surgery or the radiation pill or both. You really should have little to no side effects if your thyroid cancer was caught early.

It is possible to lose weight due to medical treatment,possibly 5-10 pounds or you might gain the weight. Depends on what diagnose you have and what medical treatment you have
