How to measure inches for weight loss?

I need to learn how to measure my inches for weight loss.

Hi there! The best way is to get one of those seamstress measuring tapes. You measure your waist, thighs, hips, arms and breasts. Then you can measure them again after a few weeks to see if there is any change. Good luck!

Use a tape measure. You want to get a baseline measure around your bicep, waist, upper thigh. You then want to measure the same 3 areas once a week until your total weightloss is achieved. Work out with weights, and you will see more weightloss than if you just diet. Measure the same body parts in the same place weekly.

You need to get a tape measure that can go around your waist or thighs, or whatever part you wish to measure in order to measure yourself. Measure before and after any exercise or diet.
