A good, inexpensive and easy strategy would be to begin an exercise program. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, walking for 30 minutes per day would make a difference in most people.
Watch what you eat. Eat oatmeal, without butter. Eat less greasy food, more vegetables and fruits. Cutting out coffee may help. Exercise can help. If nothing works, discuss medication options with your doctor.

You can adopt the following methods:
1.Take Exercise regularly. cardiovascular exercises like waking, jogging, swimming etc. are ideal.
2.Avoid fatty diet. Take plenty of fiber rich vegetables & fruits.
