Oatmeal is a food that has the capability to decrease cholesterol. The fiber that is found in oatmeal is the foundation for combating cholesterol. Consuming garlic often is also good.

Cheerios are supposed to, and so are many other General Mills Cereals. Egg whites are also supposed to help as well.
