What are some good resistance exercises that I can do everyday?

Push-ups and Sit-ups are good exercises - your body weight is the resistance, yet you can do them everyday because they deal with endurance rather than pure strength. Other good resistance exercises include lunges, Russian twists with a medicine ball, and air squats (squats with no added weight). Try doing an internet search for "bodyweight exercises. "

Unfortunately, You cannot workout everyday in order to stay in shape. Each time you workout your muslces are torn, and they need rest in order to stay strong.
