What are some good multifidus exercises?

I hear they can help with back pain.

A multifidus exercize is called the dog "pointer. " Get on the floor with your hands and knees, suck in your stomach. Raise one leg behind you and the opposite arm. Hold this position for five seconds and repeat five times on each side. This is great for the back.

After doing some research i found out that "dog pointers" are good. Also i found that You should do a light warm-up stretch your hip-flexors, calfs, etc. This should help alot.
