A favorite ab exercise of my is leg lifts. My favorite way to preform leg lifts is with a Roman Press. With your back and arms holding you in position, lift your legs in a arch as high as you can. Feel that burn.

Lay flat on your back on the floor, one hand behind your head for support the other hand straight out to your side, bend knees, cross the leg opposite the hand that's to the side over your knee and lift your head toward the knee, do 15 each side.

Make your self lie down and try to get up and touch your toe with no support. This is called full abs. If you try the same just touching your knee rather than toe then it's half abs.Sit straight,stretch your legs and then try touching your right toe with left hand and left toe with right hand.

Situps have been recently replaced by crunches as the best ab exercise. If you want to up your workout, use a yoga exercise ball. The exercise will be easier, you are off the floor and you will have a wider range of motion.
