What are some great abs exercises for quick results?

Abs are a big problem area for me.

Quick results are rare, but if you work hard you will get some results. The best exercises are weighted sit-ups on an incline, Roman chair sit-ups, and hanging knee raises.

Use a large exercise ball and do crunches with your hands behind your head and your legs on the ground. Breath and exhale as you do two second movements.

Abs are a big problem for most people. Do these exercises every other day - seated bicycle, crossed leg/wide leg sit-ups and fifer scissor.

What results do you want? If you want a six-pack, you need to do whole body exercises and follow a strict diet to get under 9 percent body fat. If you just want stronger abs, then weighted, incline sit-ups will do the job for you.
