What are some cardio exercises to burn fat?

I need to burn fat above all else.

The best cardio exercise to burn fat is jogging. Others that will also help you accomplish this are rowing, riding the bike, walking (at a fast pace), the elliptical and the stair master.

The best cardio to burn fat is HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. Sprint all out for 15 second, walk for 30 seconds. Repeat 10 to 15 times.

You should try short bursts of sprinting. This will help increase burning fat and also decrease muscle loss. The preservation of muscle will also increase your basal metabolic rate, which increases fat burning all the time. Walking or running also works. Cardio is best on an empty stomach right after waking up.
