How do you burn fat and gain muscle?

I want to have very little fat and a lot of muscle.

Cut down on foods with high fat content. Try to stay away from anything processed. Next, be sure to supply your body with a good balance of carbs and good protein such as lean meat or low-fat dairy. Last, work out with weights at least twice a week. You can find good workouts online.

Cardio, in combination with a healthy diet, is the best way to lose fat. To gain muscles, weight training and resistance exercises are a necessity.

Weight lifting is one way. Weight lifting burns fat and you gain muscle, pretty quickly. If you are a beginner, try with light weigthts for about an hour a day. Cardio workouts like kick boxing and Tao Bo is another good fat burner, most of the muscle gain will be in the legs and arms.

You gain muscle by lifting weights (or weight training exercises), and burn fat by doing various cardio exercises (jogging, riding the bike, swimming, etc)
