She very well may be. Alot of the time when there is a bad break up one person wants to show the other what they are missing out on. She may have been hurt by the break up and is trying to show you what she thinks you lost.

Perhaps. Or maybe she just misses the dynamic of being part of your circle of friends. It could also be her way of trying to stay close to you. If you really believe she's trying to make you jealous (and she could be), do you really want to reinvolve yourself with someone who uses these tactics?
