Is Myoplex Lite safe?

It's safe enough, but only provides half the protein as the regular. It has a lot of filler don't add any real nutrition and is pretty high in carbs.

Myoplex Lite has been deemed safe for sale by the Food and Drug Administration. That being said, however, the supposed benefits of Myoplex Lite have not been completely proven.

Myloplex Lite claims to have 25 grams of quality protein and 26 vitamins in each drink. It might be safe for a short period of time, but health experts would warn against any long-term use.

Myoplex Lite is absolutely safe. Not only is it safe, it is really good for you to drink! These taste great and hold a whopping 26 grams of protein!
