Is it dangerous to get rid of fat out of your diet?

I know it won't be as tasty.

It's very dangerous. Animal fat is vital to our survival, because it has the essential fatty acids. If you don't consume any of them, you create an imbalance in your body, which results in illness. You should avoid heating of vegetable oil(olive oil), saturated fats and food with lots cholesterol in it(eggs).

Yes, it is dangerous. The body needs fat in order to function. Reducing fat is okay, but the body needs at least 50 or 60 grams of fat per day.
