In a Grand Cherokee, is the heater on the passenger side?

Yes, the heater core is located on the passenger side under the dash. To remove the heater core requires taking out the steering column and interior disassembled to the firewall.

If you are speaking of the heater core then yes it is on the passenger side behind the dashboard it would look like one big black box with black plastic tunnels leading out to the dash. Be very careful though because the dashboard has many vital wirings and parts. Unproperly connecting and re-assemling may cause future problems.

The heater in a jeep grand cherokee is on the passengers side, it should be on the passengers side because its a huge car and its also very expensive so i would have expected it.

The heater core is going to be located under the dash on the passenger side. It will heat the entire vehicle but the heat originates on the passenger side and moves throughout the vehicle.

The heater on the Grand Cherokee is located on the passenger side as stated. They do this so that to have more effective air flow in the vehicle and not have it conjested.
