There are many things to eat when trying to lose weight as a teen. One great item is raw almonds. These provide healthy fats as well as protein. Apples are good as well as they inhibit appetite. Bananas, avocados and ground turkey are also great foods to build around.

You will want to purchase a lot of fruits, vegetables, as well as dairy products. It's a good idea to stay away from breads and grains as they are the most fatty foods you can eat. It's a good idea to map out your meals each day. Be sure you are taking in the right amount of healthy foods.

Fish and chicken meat for protein. Carb can be found in most fruit and sugar. Avoid most of the fat, except for the dinner, and use milk and cheese.

Try to buy varied foods, including lean meats, fish, bread, fruits, dairy, and vegetables. Load up on foods high in proteins, leafy greens, and low-calorie meals. It's also good to buy fruits of all colors. Your doctor may be able to help you create a list that is more focused on your personal needs.
