Zits are caused by pores clogged with dirt that develop bacterial infections underneath them. These pores can be opened and the offending dirty and bacteria drained by applying a hot water compress to the zit. Take a towel or paper towel, soak with water as hot as you can tolerate it, then apply to the zit. Afterwards apply isopropyl alcohol.

I have found that if you put shaving cream on it before going to bed, it works to minimize the swelling and dry up the zit. You could use it during the day if you aren't going anywhere, but I'm sure that you wouldn't want to go out it public with shaving cream on your face.

It may sound dumb, but that old stand by Noxzema works wonders, and I swear by it. I also know from experience that toothpaste overnight works, same reasons as Noxzema. A paste of baking soda and water works very quickly. Don't ever PICK!!! That will make it angry and red. When in doubt, dab with a good makeup to cover.

First things first stop touching your Acne, you have a lot of dirt on your hands and if you keep touching it is just going to make it worse. Sudocrem is very good - it drys everything out.
