3 major movies and a lot of made for tv movies and I think direct to dvd movies. She was popular because her death was unjust and unfair, and there is a mystery because I believe there is a rumor her body was never found.

There have been at least 10 (probably lots more) movies made about Anastasia Romanov. Her brutal life and the mystery of her escape from death in 1917 makes her interesting.
