Lipo 6 is a supplement that claims to burn fat and increase metabolism through the use of a substance which is chemically similar to ephedra. It also contains caffeine to decrease appetite. Some claim it's effective, others report side effects. Anecdotal evidence isn't as convincing as a scientific study.

Lipo 6 contains caffeine, and some other active ingredients. It would have the same impact as drinking coffee or tea. It appears to be over priced for the value you will receive. The questions should not be how does it work, but will it work at all.

Lipo 6 works by using five ingredients that burn fat. At one time it had 6 ingredients. one of those ingredients has since been banned and though the number of ingredients have changed the name has not. The current ingredients,Caffeine, Guggulsterones, Yohimbe, Synephrine, Bioperine, work together to produce weight loss.

It can decrease fat deposits and has been known to show highly effective results. It takes at least a month to work.
