How do you train your toddler to use a chair potty?

I have having trouble potty training, and getting it done would be such a big help.

First make sure your child is ready to potty train. There are resources online to tell you readiness if you Google it. Then you explain what is going to happen and emphasize they need to start to recognize the urge to go. Take them to the potty regularly, like every 30 minutes. no anger. Lots of love and praise.

Put sitting on the potty into the routine of your day. Have your toddler sit on the potty before and after each activity. Make it seem as natural as possible.

The way to potty train my child was to put her on the chair every hour and let her sit there for about 5 minutes. I praised every success too.

Reward them when they even sit on the potty chair. Often candy and chocolate, because this will encourage the behaviour, and also tell them that they are doing a good thing.
