How do you trace cell numbers?

Unless you're the police, this can't really be done. If you were called from a restricted number on your house phone, some operators will be able to tell you what the last number that called you was.

It's not really possible to trace phone numbers if your a normal civilian. These facilities are only provided to the government, police, and some other firms so it isn't possible to do such a thing. My advice is that you should not try anything like this because you might get in a trouble.

In the past I would always just hit the star (*) button plus the numbers 69. This will call a number that will announce that last number to call you.
