generally removing the fuse or disconnecting the negative battery cable will do the trick, so long as it loses power it will reset.

A factory dealership can look up the security code to reset the radio. It also may be written in the owners manual.

One way to reset the factory car stereo is to disconnect the battery by taking off the positive battery wire from the terminal. Then you connect the wire again and the radio will be reset.

you will have to un connect the stereo and unhook the wires then you can hook the other stereo set to the wires that connect into the car and you are set
