You can either replace the sheet metal or reseal the roof depending upon the condition of the roof. Replacing the sheet metal is a tedious process that will require you drilling out rivets, removing the old roof skin and replacing with a new skin. The easier (albeit less permanent) solution is to reseal the roof with silicone sealant.

Go to your local hardware store and buy a set of roof shindles and plywood. Nail the plywood on the roof then nail the shindles on the plywood.
