If your RF has a rubber roof, and the crack or hole isn't too big, you can just paint on a coat of rubber roof repair. Otherwise, using silicone-based caulk is one way to seal the crack. Permanent waterproof tape is another option. All these items can be found at your local RV store.

You could try any auto body repair shop. They should have the right resources to repair any electrical and body work that may have been damaged.

Contact your RV's manufacturer for their authorized repair service locations. Depending on the cause of your water damage, your repair costs might be covered by your automobile/RV insurance or your RV manufacturer's limited warranty. Failing that, most larger RV dealers' service departments can repair your water damage & re-seal your RV roof.
