                                                          lunges... lunges... lunges... that's what worked for me! when you are at home, instead of walking somewhere in the house, lunge there, in other words, do walking lunges from point A to point B. you will see a NOTICEABLE difference within 2 weeks, its the best exercise for reducing your thighs, trust me!
