How do you reduce the size of your thighs?

I can't seem to find the right workout.

lunges... lunges... lunges... that's what worked for me! when you are at home, instead of walking somewhere in the house, lunge there, in other words, do walking lunges from point A to point B. you will see a NOTICEABLE difference within 2 weeks, its the best exercise for reducing your thighs, trust me!

Unfortunately, it is impossible to reduce the size of one particular body part (however, weight gain does not follow that rule). Exercise should reduce body fat equally over your entire body. Additionally, some types of exercise that build muscle in the legs would actually make your thighs bigger.

I would have to say from personal experience is to do work outs that have to do with your legs. Like running, rollerblading, biking & try to do leg weights. Good luck!
